Summary: 403Gigs is a local marketplace for in-person services. You are responsible for your interactions, agreements, and compliance with applicable laws.

Accounts: Keep your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information.

Bookings & jobs: Clients can book gigs and (in V2) post jobs. Giggers can post gigs and apply to jobs. 403Gigs does not guarantee outcomes.

Payments: This build does not process payments. Any payment arrangements are made directly between parties.

Content: Do not post illegal, misleading, or infringing content. We may remove content or restrict accounts for safety.

Liability: The service is provided “as-is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, 403Gigs is not liable for damages arising from use of the platform.
